About NC Contractors
Norman Rickert has worked in the building trades for over 20 years. He started out working summers on construction sites and learning from the various tradesmen. Once Norman gained experience in the building process he went to work for a local home builder as a site superintendent overseeing the site preparation though delivery of completed homes. Over the last decade he has worked for two contractors as a project manager and estimator.
Norman has experience in all phases of construction from site infrastructure and development, project management and final delivery of completed projects.
Norman is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania as a general contractor. NIC PA015879
